- Provide full-scope optometry: Deliver thorough and accurate eye examinations, diagnoses, and treatment plans for a diverse patient base.
- Prioritize patient education: Take the necessary time to explain diagnoses, treatment options, and preventative measures clearly, empowering patients to make informed decisions about their eye health.
- Build strong patient relationships: Cultivate trust and rapport by listening attentively to patient concerns, demonstrating empathy, and ensuring they feel heard and valued.
